Thank-you for my wonderful silver crab. I received it today and sit here with it on writing this e-mail. It is just as good as I thought it was going to be. Being a scuba diver I like to wear jewelry which reminds me of the sea and this certainly does.

I love dolphins and have been looking for an unusual pendant for a while
but most dolphin jewellery isn´t very nice now so I´m really pleased to have

I do have some comments for you.
The necklace itself is both unique and beautiful. Although I am no jewelry expert, the detail and construction of the piece seem outstanding and meticulously constructed. I imagine you are as proud of designing and creating the item as I will be to present it as a gift!
In the 'chain-store retail' world we live in, it's refreshing to see talent and individuality coupled with true customer service!!

The presentation on receipt was equally impressive, the presentation box sets the piece elegantly and the accompanying letter, corporate card and leaflet give an exclusive air to the gift.
In fact, the attention to detail of the necklace, the product presentation and the whole buying experience from Pa-pa Design have been excellent.

I will certainly share your work with family and friends and have no doubt I will buy again.

I absolutely love my necklace, thought I might not be too keen on the chain but was delighted with the length and the style of the chain.
