Many thanks for your e mail. Where do I start? The website is fantastic and easy to use with lovely photos of your collection. I ordered on line and, despite the weather my package arrived within 2 days. I wanted to write to say ‘Thank You’ for my gorgeous seahorse pendant on the brown chord. My mother-in-law bought this for me for Christmas and we all exchanged presents last week. We were both very impressed with your added signed letter included in with the pendant – A great extra thought.

I received the necklace this morning, its beautiful thankyou.
I love dolphins and have been looking for an unusual pendant for a while
but most dolphin jewellery isn´t very nice now so I´m really pleased to have
found something so nice.

I do have some comments for you.
The necklace itself is both unique and beautiful. Although I am no jewelry expert, the detail and construction of the piece seem outstanding and meticulously constructed. I imagine you are as proud of designing and creating the item as I will be to present it as a gift!
In the 'chain-store retail' world we live in, it's refreshing to see talent and individuality coupled with true customer service!!

The presentation on receipt was equally impressive, the presentation box sets the piece elegantly and the accompanying letter, corporate card and leaflet give an exclusive air to the gift.
In fact, the attention to detail of the necklace, the product presentation and the whole buying experience from Pa-pa Design have been excellent.

I will certainly share your work with family and friends and have no doubt I will buy again.

Jewellery Care

Silver is a beautiful lustrous metal, used in making much of contemporary jewellery. It does unfortunately have one downside, and that is tarnish. The modern world and the way we live means there is a lot of sulphur in the atmosphere, this is what causes tarnish.

Chemicals
Certain chemicals can harm your precious items, we use some of them so often we don’t think of them as chemicals. Hairspray, perfume, nail varnish remover, even perspiration can all affect jewellery. If you are going to wear hairspray or other cosmetics, put them on first and give them a chance to dry before putting on your jewellery.

Chlorine is particularly damaging, so if you are going swimming leave your jewellery at home.

Don’t wear your jewellery 24 hours a day, take it off when you get home or at least at night. Keep it separated as different elements can damage each other. When you are not wearing chains and necklets keep them fastened so they don’t get tangled. When you are doing jobs around the house, gardening, DIY etc. remove it, you wouldn’t wear your Escada dress or your Paul Smith suit when cleaning the kitchen floor or working in the shed!
