Delivery Times

The charge for postage and packing is £4.50. Goods are sent recorded delivery for insurance purposes and as proof of postage.

As I am a small business and deal with every order individually, goods will be dispatched usually the day after payment is received, depending on availability.

If you are not entirely satisfied with the pieces you have ordered, please ensure that you return them unused within seven days. I will be more than happy to provide a refund or you can exchange them for another design.

Please return the goods, as they were dispatched to you, in the original packaging. I strongly recommend that you return the goods with proof of postage from the post office, as I will not accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit.

I will only refund postage cost if the item returned is faulty.
