Delivery Times

The charge for postage and packing is £6.50. For items under £30 postage is only £3.25 Goods are sent special or recorded delivery for insurance purposes and as proof of postage.

As I am a small business and deal with every order individually, goods will be dispatched usually the 5-7 days after payment is received, depending on availability. Email me for an urgent delivery and I will do my very best for you.

Returns Policy

Refunds are not given on commissioned pieces for example rings as these are made to measure with each ring being made individually to customers specific finger size. I will resize however for a small fee.

If you are not entirely satisfied with the pieces you have ordered, please ensure that you return them unused preferably within seven days. I will be more than happy to provide a refund or you can exchange them for another design.

Please return the goods, as soon as possible. I strongly recommend that you return the goods with proof of postage from the post office, as I will not accept responsibility for parcels lost or damaged in transit.
